Curriculum
Students in the Chemical Biology Program
may choose to pursue one of the two tracks emphasizing either Chemistry
or Biology, depending on the strength of their previous background and training.
All students in the Chemical Biology Program are required to complete both
the coursework and thesis research. The coursework in both the Master’s and
doctoral degree programs comprises of five required courses and three to four
elective courses. On the other hand, the number of credits required for thesis
research depends on the degree program and the student’s previous degree, as follow:

Students are expected to complete the Master's degree program within

Students holding a Master's degree in Chemical Biology are expected to
complete the doctoral degree program within three academic years, while those holding
a Bachelor's Degree are expected to complete the program within four to five academic
years.
