CGAB 602 Health, Development and Environment (2 credits)
Prerequisite: CGET501 Integrated Life Sciences or equivalent

Course Description :
The course, to be given in seminar format, will
deal with the interrelationships of health, development and environment. A series
of seminars will discuss the impacts on health and environment by current industrial,
transportation, agriculture and human settlement (urbanization, mega-cities) practices.
The policies and strategies that could be used to prevent and minimize these impacts
will be reviewed.
