CGET 603 Experimental Methods in Environmental Toxicology (2 credits)

CGET 501 Integrated Life Sciences or equivalent

This course will comprise mostly hands-on practical sessions and demonstrations of current analytical techniques to detect biological and chemical constituents in food and in the environment as well as in biological specimens in a laboratory with modern scientific equipment. Furthermore, toxicity testing and screening of toxic chemicals in various environmental samplings will be carried out.
