Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a workshop to enhance skills in management information system (MIS) and the Institute’s educational system management (EDU)

Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a three-day workshop on “Management Information System (MIS) and Chulabhorn Graduate Institute’s Educational System Management (EDU)” on Monday 9-Wednesday 11 September 2024. The purpose of this workshop, which was held on the Main Auditorium on level two of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute building, was to impart knowledge and enhance skills in these fields for the Institute’s personnel. Associate Professor Dr. Piniti Ratananukul, Vice-Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, kindly presided over the opening of this event. The seven-member team of resource persons from the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) led by Dr. Uten Sawangwit delivered lectures providing knowledge and suggestions on the use of MIS/EDU to about 50 participants in the workshop who are the personnel of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute consisting of its administrators, faculty members, researchers, and staff. During the workshop the resource persons also offered advice and closely took care of the participants.

This workshop aimed to equip the Institute’s personnel at all levels with knowledge and understanding of MIS/EDU, so that they could apply the knowledge they obtained from this activity to the work under their responsibility, so that they carry out their responsibilities more efficiently and in a more up-to-date manner, reduce database duplications, and connect their work systems, which enable them to process information for their executive officers.

สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานด้วยระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหาร (MIS) และระบบบริหารการศึกษา (EDU) สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์

สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ได้จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้และทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานเรื่อง “ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหาร (Management Information System : MIS) และระบบบริหารการศึกษา (EDU) สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์” ให้กับบุคลากรสถาบัน ระหว่างวันจันทร์ที่ 9 – วันพุธที่ 11 กันยายน 2567 รวม 3 วัน ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พินิติ รตะนานุกูล รองอธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดโครงการอบรม จากนั้น ทีมวิทยากรจากสถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) นำทีมโดย ดร.อุเทน แสวงวิทย์ และคณะฯ รวม 7 คน ได้บรรยายให้ความรู้พร้อมแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ MIS/EDU ให้แก่บุคลากรสถาบันที่เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรม ประมาณ 50 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และเจ้าหน้าที่ ได้ทำการทดสอบระบบปฏิบัติการ MIS และ EDU ทั้งนี้ คณะวิทยากรได้ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และคอยดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดระยะเวลาในการจัดอบรม

โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บุคลากรของสถาบันทุกระดับ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้งานสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหาร (MIS) และระบบบริหารการศึกษา (EDU) ของสถาบัน สามารถนำมาความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ มาใช้งานได้ตามภารกิจงานในความรับผิดชอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทันสมัย ลดความซ้ำซ้อนในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล และมีความเชื่อมโยงกันของระบบงานซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนด้านการประมวลผลรายงานสารสนเทศต่างๆ ให้แก่ผู้บริหารได้
