Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a training and personnel development workshop under the program to provide knowledge of, and enforce compliance with, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

On Monday 21 October 2024 at 9:00-12:00 AM, Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a training and personnel development workshop under a program to provide knowledge of, and enforce compliance with, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) at the main auditorium on level 2 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute building. Mr. Netirat Panasamporn, legal officer, expert level, who is attached to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), and his team of three experts, kindly accepted to be the training resource persons.

The training workshop was aimed to equip the Institute’s administrators and personnel at all levels with knowledge and understanding of the legal procedure for compliance with the PDPA. Such knowledge and understanding would provide confidence in the proper protection of personal data at all levels, and, in addition, would prevent the problem which might arise from the violation of the right to personal data protection of the owner of the data.

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2567 เวลา 09.00 – 12.00 น. สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ได้จัดโครงการอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร หลักสูตร ความรู้และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายเนติรัช พนัสอัมพร นิติกรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ประจำสำนักกฎหมาย ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) และคณะฯ รวม 3 คน เป็นวิทยากรให้การอบรม

การอบรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของสถาบันทุกระดับ ได้ทราบถึงวิธีการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย PDPA อันเป็นการเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในการปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในทุกกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร ให้สามารถปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นการป้องกันปัญหาซึ่งอาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้จากการละเมิดสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลอีกด้วย
