Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a knowledge management training program on the budget disbursement and supply systems

On Thursday 28 November 2024, Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a knowledge management training program on budget disbursement and supply systems. The training session was held at 9:30-3:00 hours at the teleconference room on level 3 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute building. Miss Chutima Khomratnond, a finance and accounting analyst, and Mr. Kritsana Jaithahan, a supply analyst, kindly accepted to serve as the resource persons for the delivery of knowledge on these administrative functions.

The program was organized in the form of a training workshop, whose purpose was to provide the Institute’s personnel with knowledge and understanding relating to the regulatory procedures for the budget and supply disbursement. The workshop was aimed, in other words, to promote the personnel to apply the knowledge they gained from the training to their administrative functions in a proper and uniform manner.

เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2567 สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ได้จัดโครงการจัดการความรู้ เรื่อง ระบบการขอใช้งบประมาณและระบบงานพัสดุ ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.30 – 15.00 น. ณ ห้อง Teleconference ชั้น 3 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ โดยมี นางสาวชุติมา คมรัตน์นนท์ นักวิชาการเงินและบัญชี และนายกฤษณะ ใจทหาร นักวิชาการพัสดุ เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้

การอบรมดังกล่าวเป็นการอบรมปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของสถาบัน มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนของระบบการขอใช้งบประมาณและระบบงานพัสดุ เป็นการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของสถาบันสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการอบรมไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นแนวปฏิบัติเดียวกัน
