Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized training session on “Financial, Accounting, and Inventory Risk Management” under its knowledge management project.

On Thursday 22 May 2025 Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a training session on “Financial, Accounting, and Inventory Risk Management”. The session, which lasted from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, was held at the main auditorium on level 2 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Building. Associate Professor Dr. Thanuttkhul Mongkolaussavarat, Assistant Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, kindly presided over the opening of the training session, for which the Institute obtained the kind favor of Ms. Feungfa Tianprapasit, a specialist in finance, accounting, and inventory, and former state financial auditor level 10, to serve as the resource person.

This training consisted of lectures to provide knowledge of financial, accounting, and inventory risk management to Chulabhorn Graduate Institute’s support personnel, so that they are equipped with knowledge and understanding for the performance of their duties in this area of official responsibilities. The knowledge also includes rules and regulations, as well as relevant announcements. It is expected that they will appropriately apply the knowledge they have gained to their functions in an accurate and uniform way. Moreover, this will also help to reduce mistakes in performing financial, accounting, and inventory management functions on the basis of a stronger and more efficient financial, accounting, and inventory system and on this basis the Institute’s benefits and effectiveness will also accrue as a result.

สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ จัดโครงการจัดการความรู้เรื่อง “การบริหารความเสี่ยงการเงิน บัญชี และพัสดุ”

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2567 สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ได้จัดโครงการจัดการความรู้ เรื่อง “การบริหารความเสี่ยงการเงิน บัญชี และพัสดุ” ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.30 – 16.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ โดยรองศาสตราจารย์ รศ. ดร.ธณัฏฐ์คุณ มงคลอัศวรัตน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ กล่าวเปิดการประชุม ทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวเฟื่องฟ้า เทียนประภาสิทธิ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการเงิน บัญชี และพัสดุ อดีตผู้ตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน 1 ระดับ 10 สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน เป็นวิทยากรให้การอบรม

โครงการอบรมดังกล่าว เป็นการบรรยายให้ความรู้การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน บัญชี และพัสดุ เพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสายสนับสนุนของสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ทุกระดับ ได้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงิน บัญชี และพัสดุ อาทิ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ประกาศที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการอบรมไปปรับใช้กับงานได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม เป็นแนวปฏิบัติเดียวกัน นอกจากนี้ ยังช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาดในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงิน บัญชี และพัสดุ โดยมีระบบงานการเงิน บัญชี พัสดุ ที่มีความเข้มแข็งและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผลอันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสถาบันฯ ต่อไป
