The signing ceremony of educational cooperation between Chulabhorn Graduate Institute and the Colombo Plan Secretariat.

On Tuesday 5 May 2026 at 1:30-3:00 PM Chulabhorn Graduate Institute and The Colombo Plan Secretariat mutually signed a Record of Discussion (RoD) between Chulabhorn Graduate Institute and The Colombo Plan Secretariat: “The Cost-Sharing Sponsorship for the Colombo Plan Master Degree Scholarships at the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute in Bangkok, Thailand”, at the Institute’s meeting room on the fifth floor of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Building.

On this occasion, Professor Emeritus Dr. Somsak Ruchirawat, Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, and Dr. Benjamin P. Reyes, Secretary General of Colombo Plan Secretariat, mutually signed the said RoD, witnessed by the administrators of both agencies for signatures.

This collaborative arrangement marks a significant milestone in Chulabhorn Graduate Institute’s international networking efforts to increase international graduate student intake of the Institute from the Colombo Plan member states. This is another crucial step forward in the expansion of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute’s international cooperation.

เมื่อวันอังคาร ที่ 5 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 13.30 – 15.00 น. สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ และ The Colombo Plan Secretariat ร่วมลงนามบันทึกการหารือเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือด้านทุนการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สำหรับประเทศสมาชิก Colombo Plan ภายใต้รูปแบบการสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายร่วมกัน โดยจัดพิธีลงนามในเอกสาร Record of Discussion (RoD) between Chulabhorn Graduate Institute and The Colombo Plan Secretariat: “The Cost-Sharing Sponsorship for the Colombo Plan Master Degree Scholarships at the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute in Bangkok, Thailand” ณ ห้องประชุมสภาสถาบัน ชั้น 5 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์

ในโอกาสนี้ ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ ดร. สมศักดิ์ รุจิรวัฒน์ อธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ และ Dr. Benjamin P. Reyes, Secretary General of Colombo Plan Secretariat ได้ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกการหารือดังกล่าว โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารจากทั้งสองหน่วยงานร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติของสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนนักศึกษาชาวต่างชาติจากประเทศสมาชิกของ Colombo Plan ให้เข้ามาศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท ณ สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งความก้าวหน้าสำคัญ ในการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติอีกแห่งหนึ่ง
