The Chemicals and Energy Division – ITDI celebrated International Women’s Day by winning an award from our very own women in science, Rikkamae Zinca Marie L. Walde. Ms. Walde won the best oral presentation during the 24th Anniversary Conference of the National Institutes of Health – University of the Philippines. Her presentation entitled “Computational molecular docking of Angiopteroside and its derivatives revealed promising SARS-CoV-2 Mpro Inhibitor” was part of her thesis in her Master’s Degree in Chemical Biology in the prestigious Chulabhorn Graduate Institute of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy in Bangkok, Thailand.
Chulabhorn Graduate Institute offers its congratulations to Ms. Walde, a graduate from the master program in the Chemical Biology in this occasion.
