International Conference hosted by Chulabhorn Graduate Institute “Molecular and Clinical Aspects of Melatonin”

On August 30-31 2018, Chulabhorn Graduate Institute under the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, held the International Conference on ‘Molecular and Clinical Aspects of Melatonin’. The conference venue was held on the 2nd floor of the CGI Main Auditorium. Over 300 participants from reputable universities and research institutes in Thailand and abroad were welcomed. Overseas nations include those from leading nations in Asia such as China, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan, and those from Europe such as Denmark and France.

The conference provided a meeting platform for melatonin experts and researchers from Thailand and overseas such as honorary guest, Prof. Dr. Russel J. Reiter, University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, and Prof. Dr. Piyarat Govitrapong, Chair Division of Applied Biological Science, Chulabhorn Graudate Institute to share their knowledge, discuss and collaborate on topics related to melatonin. Topics include applications of melatonin in industry, agriculture and health therapeutics that spanned the roles of melatonin in lifestyle and aging populations.
