On Friday 23 September 2022 Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanattkul Mongkholaussavarat, Assistant Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, presided over the organization of an activity under the Personnel Development Project entitled “CGI moving to a common goal: Creating a value of promoting volunteer spirit to develop people” at the main auditorium on level 2 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute building. This activity was organized in the form of a training workshop to encourage the faculty members, staff, as well as students of the Institute to participate in the creation of a society of morality, which is the basis for the development of personnel with good attitudes, modes of thought, and values framed within the realm of the central moral principles “unity, discipline, responsibility, sufficiency, and volunteer spirit”. These moral principles serve as a practical guidance on an efficient conduct of life and work. The resource persons invited to conduct the training workshop were Asst. Prof. Anyarin Amornissariyachai and Khun Chananwat Kiatsuriyapat, who have a wealth of expertise and experiences in personality development, from Elite Communication Training Consultant & Production.

This training workshop was an activity that was organized in continuation with those of the previous years. The purpose is to promote participation of those taking part in the project, who are the personnel at all levels and students, in happy teamwork and good personality which will in turn efficiently drive the organization to its target achievements.

สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์กิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาบุคลากร “CGI สู่เป้าหมายเดียวกัน : สร้างค่านิยมจิตอาสา พัฒนาคน”

เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 23 กันยายน 2565 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธณัฏฐ์คุณ มงคลอัศวรัตน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ เป็นประธานการจัดกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาบุคลากร ในหัวข้อ “CGI สู่เป้าหมายเดียวกัน : สร้างค่านิยมจิตอาสา พัฒนาคน” ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดในรูปแบบการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อส่งเสริมให้คณาจารย์ บุคลากร รวมทั้งนักศึกษาของสถาบันฯ ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างสังคมคุณธรรมอันเป็นรากฐานของการผลิตบุคลากรที่มีทัศนคติ วิธีคิด และค่านิยมที่ดี ภายใต้คุณธรรมหลัก “สามัคคี มีวินัย รับผิดชอบ พอเพียง จิตอาสา” อันเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิตและปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยได้เชิญผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์อัญรินทร์ อมรอิสริยาชัย และคุณชณันวัชร์ เกียรติสุริยภัทร วิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญและมากประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ จากบริษัท อีลิท คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด เป็นผู้ให้การอบรม

การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติบัติการดังกล่าว เป็นกิจกรรมประจำปีที่ดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่องกับปีที่ผ่านมา เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการอันประกอบด้วยบุคลากรทุกระดับตลอดจนนักศึกษา ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานกันเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีความสุข นอกจากนี้ ยังช่วยส่งเสริมให้มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี ส่งผลให้องค์กรสามารถขับเคลื่อนไปสู่ผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
