Chulabhorn Graduate Institute initiated a training workshop on segregation and shredding of documents under the theme “Sufficient space for sufficient documents”

Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized a training workshop on segregation and shredding of documents under the theme “Sufficient space for sufficient documents”. The event was held on Friday 23 June 2023 at the main auditorium on level 2 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute. Khun Noppawan Srichannit, director of the Document Management Division of the National Library of Thailand, kindly accepted to conduct this training workshop, together with two archival specialists, namely Khun Sarayuth Thammachote and Khun Pimpan Saenpanya, who oversaw the afternoon session, which consisted of practical training and activities.

This training workshop has helped the training participants to gain knowledge and understanding of proper segregation and shredding of documents. They will also be able to map out plans for the shredding of documents, which contributes to the reduction of the volume of documents and expansion of space for document storage, as well as budget savings.

สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ได้จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการคัดแยกและทำลายเอกสาร ภายใต้หัวข้อเรื่อง “พื้นที่พอเพียง เอกสารเพียงพอ” เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2566 ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากคุณนภวรรณ ศรีจันทร์นิตย์ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริหารเอกสาร สำนักหอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ เป็นผู้ให้การบรรยาย พร้อมฝึกภาคปฏิบัติโดยนักจดหมายเหตุชำนาญการ 2 ท่าน ประกอบด้วยคุณศรายุทธ ธรรมโชติ และคุณพิมพ์พรรณ แสนปัญญา เป็นผู้ดูแลการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติและจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มในภาคบ่าย

การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการดังกล่าว ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการคัดแยกเอกสารและทำลายเอกสารได้อย่างถูกต้อง สามารถวางแผนการทำลายเอกสารได้ เป็นการช่วยลดปริมาณเอกสารและเพิ่มพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บเอกสาร นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการประหยัดงบประมาณในการจัดซื้อวัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ ที่ใช้ในการจัดเก็บ เอกสารอีกด้วย
