On Tuesday 22 February 2022, at 9:00 AM, Associate Professor Dr. Thanatkhun Mongkhonassavaratn, Assistant Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, presided over the opening of a training session on “The Right Way to Draft an Application for Patent/Petty Patent”, which was initiated under the Institute’s academic service for society project and knowledge management program. The training session was held at the Main Auditorium on level 2 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Building. The Institute considered it an honor that Dr. Wacharaporn Pranee, Professional-level Patent Examiner of the International Patent Application Examination Group, Patent Division, Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce, accepted to be the resource person for this training activity.
The purpose of the training session, which was undertaken as a collaborative activity between Chulabhorn Graduate Institute and the Department of Intellectual Property, was to provide knowledge and concepts of patents and petty patents to the trainees, whose number amounted to more than 100, including the Institute’s faculty members, researchers, and students, as well as persons from outside the Institute, and who took part in the training both at the Main Auditorium and online through Zoom meeting, so that they properly understand the process of drafting applications for patents/petty patents. In addition, the training session provided the trainees with an opportunity to exchange views and experiences, as well as encouragement and motivational support for they find an incentive to development of works that are truly applicable to daily activities in life, or useful for the people’s livelihood, and eventually creation of intellectual properties that will benefit their respective organizations.
เมื่อวันอังคาร ที่ 22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 เวลา 09.00 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธณัฏฐ์คุณ มงคลอัศวรัตน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการอบรมโครงการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมและการจัดการความรู้ ภายใต้หัวข้อ เรื่อง “การยกร่างคำขอสิทธิบัตร/อนุสิทธิบัตร (The Right Way to Draft Patent/Petty Patent)” ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.วัชรากรณ์ ปราณี นักวิชาการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตรชำนาญการ กลุ่มงานตรวจรับคำขอสิทธิบัตรระหว่างประเทศ กองสิทธิบัตร กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา กระทรวงพาณิชย์ เป็นผู้ให้การบรรยาย
การอบรมดังกล่าวเป็นโครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์กับกองสิทธิบัตร กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา จัดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรม ประกอบด้วยคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักศึกษา กว่า 100 คน ทั้งจากหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ที่เข้าร่วมการอบรม ณ ห้องประชุม และอบรมออนไลน์ผ่านระบบซูม ได้รับความรู้ แนวคิดด้านสิทธิบัตร/อนุสิทธิบัตรเพื่อปรับปรุงงาน ทำให้มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการร่างขอถือสิทธิบัตร/อนุสิทธิบัตร นอกจากนี้ ยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและประสบการณ์ กระตุ้นและส่งเสริมให้เกิดแรงจูงใจที่จะนำไปพัฒนาในการคิดค้นเป็นชิ้นงานที่สามารถใช้ได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน หรือเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดำรงชีวิต และการสร้างงานทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในอนาคต ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรต่อไป
