On Thursday 25 November 2021 at 10:00 AM Chulabhorn Graduate Institute held a Wai Kru ceremony for the 2021 academic year. The ceremony, which represents a fine tradition of students paying respect to their teachers, was presided over by Professor Dr. Somsak Ruchirawat, Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute. In the company of the Institute administrators and faculty members, the rector delivered his instructional address to the students, reminding them of their duty to show a sense of gratitude to the instructors who had imparted knowledge to them. Showing such a respectful gesture is also believed to bestow on students a blessing on the auspicious occasion of the opening of a new semester. The ceremony was held at the Learning Center on level 12 of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute building where students participated.
The ceremony consisted in a representative of the students delivering a message showing respect to the teachers. Then, Professor Dr. Somsak Ruchirawat offered his best wishes together with an instructional message. Following the presentation of flower garlands by the students to the faculty members, a group photo was taken to commemorate the event.
เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2564 เวลา 10.00 น. สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ จัดพิธีไหว้ครู ประจำปีการศึกษา 2564 โดยมี ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมศักดิ์ รุจิรวัฒน์ อธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ เป็นประธานในพิธี และกล่าวให้โอวาท พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารสถาบัน และคณาจารย์ประจำ เพื่อแสดงความกตัญญูกตเวทีต่ออาจารย์ผู้ประสาทวิทยาการความรู้แก่ศิษย์ ตลอดจนเพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลในโอกาสเปิดภาคการศึกษาใหม่ โดยมีนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมพิธี ณ โถงศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ชั้น 12 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์
ภายในพิธีประกอบด้วยการกล่าวบูชาพระคุณครูโดยผู้แทนนักศึกษา จากนั้น ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมศักดิ์ รุจิรวัฒน์ อธิการบดีได้กล่าวอวยพรพร้อมให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษา โดยคณะนักศึกษาได้นำพวงมาลัยมอบแด่คณาจารย์และถ่ายภาพหมู่ร่วมกันเพื่อเป็นที่ระลึก
