Dr. Poramet Songthammawate, a graduate from the doctoral program in Chemical Sciences, and currently a researcher at Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, has succeeded in getting his research paper entitled “Total Synthesis of Palodesangren B Trimethyl Ether and D Dimethyl Ether via a Late-Stage Formation of 2H Pyran-2-one of the Tetrahydrobenzo[c]pyranochromenone Core” accepted for publication in The Journal of Organic Chemistry, a quality international journal rated with an IF value of 4.354. This research paper has also been recognized as deserving being featured on the front cover of the journal. The journal cover page image represents a Thai identity, thereby giving the current students a sense of pride in the capacity to produce quality research works.
