Mr. Tanawat Phumjan, a graduate in the Chemical Sciences Program, has succeeded in getting his research paper entitled “Substituted 9 Anthraldehydes from Dibenzocycloheptanol Epoxides via Acid-Catalyzed Epoxide Opening/Semipinacol Rearrangement” accepted for publication in The Journal of Organic Chemistry, a quality international journal rated with an IF value of 4.354. This research paper has also been recognized as deserving being featured on the front cover of the journal. The journal cover page image represents a Thai identity, thereby giving the current students a sense of pride in the capacity to produce quality research works.
