On 31 August 2020, Chulabhorn Graduate Institute organized an OKRs Constructive Workshop Unlocking the Key of ‘AGILITY’ at the main auditorium on the second floor of the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Building, with Associate Professor Dr. DrThanuttkhul Mongkolaussavarat, Assistant Rector of Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, officiating at the opening of the workshop.
The workshop had the honor to feature Dr. Parames Choomyim, senior advisor to Food Innopolis, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and advisor to various agencies on Design Thinking for Strategy, Product and Service Innovation, who delivered a lecture and provided recommendations on group work through application of OKRs (objective and key results) as a tool to unlock the key of ‘AGILITY’. The approximate number of the workshop attendants was 100, consisting of those who work at Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, those affiliated with Chulabhorn Royal Academy, as well as those belonging to outside organizations. The workshop was aimed to serve as an open venue for exchange of knowledge and experiences among participants.
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2563 สถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ได้จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง ปลดล็อคแนวทางการทำงาน ผ่านกุญแจในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้คล่องตัว (OKRs Constructive Workshop Unlocking the key of “AGILITY”) ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธณัฏฐ์คุณ มงคลอัศวรัตน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการอบรม
โครงการอบรมดังกล่าว ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ปรเมษฐ์ ชุ่มยิ้ม ที่ปรึกษาอาวุโสเมืองนวัตกรรมอาหาร สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ หรือ สวทช และที่ปรึกษา ด้าน Design Thinking for Strategy, Product and Service Innovation ให้กับองค์กรต่างๆ มาบรรยาย พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำในการทำงานกลุ่มโดยใช้หลักการของ OKRs (Objective and Key Results) เป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อปลดล็อคแนวทางการทำงาน ผ่านกุญแจในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้คล่องตัวขึ้น สำหรับผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจำนวนประมาณ 100 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้ปฏิบัติงานสถาบันบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาภรณ์ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานจากหน่วยงานภายใต้ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ รวมทั้งบุคคลภายนอก เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้รับการอบรมได้มีเวทีสำหรับแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางการบริหารระหว่างกัน
